SERVICE DESCRIPTION By submitting a Document Review to our team, you are requesting that an expert review, comment on, and provide feedback & input regarding a document that you submit to us. BOOKING When submitting your request, please use your requested completion date/time (deadline) as the appointment date and time. This helps us ensure we are able to complete your request in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee any specific deadline time, especially on shorter notice. Please consult with your Continuum Preparedness Partner if you have questions or concerns. HOW IT WORKS Once your Document Review request has been received, a member of our Support Team will reach out to you within 1 business day with a secure link to transmit your document to us for review. NOTE: PowerDMS users with accounts linked to Continuum Support can initiate the CP Review Workflow on a document directly in PowerDMS after successfully submitting a Document Review request. PREMIUM SUPPORT PLAN For Premium Support Plan members, the amount of time fulfilling this request will be deducted from your plan's total Preparedness Consulting Hours allotment. Time is rounded up to 15-min increments with no minimum. Time utilized communicating with you on this request is not included in the time calculation (except for live video review sessions). The time shown on the booking request is placeholder text only and does not represent that actual time your account will be charged. We will update you of the actual time used to fulfill your request upon closing the request following task completion. QUICK QUESTIONS If you only have a Quick Question, be sure to submit that request instead of a Document Review as Quick Questions to our support team are included in your plan with no limits. Quick Questions are those requests that can (generally) be responded to and resolved in one (1) written communication back to you in response to your request.
