1. How do the templates work? 

Once you have selected the template product that best suits your needs, click on the "Select" button. This will take you to an online form that will ask you about your organization, it's location and some other basic information. Note that your answers to these questions will populate special text fields within our templates so be sure to check your responses for spelling and accuracy. Once you have completed these steps, your document will be generated instantly and you will be automatically redirected to a webpage with a Download Button.

 

Please note that you can only use this download button once. If you need to download your document a second time, please contact us here

Once you receive your document, you may or may not be able to edit anything in the document, depending on the level of template that you purchased. If you need to make any minor changes to the document, please contact us here so that we may assist you. 

You will be able to print your document as many times as you would like. 

2. When will I receive my template for download? 

When you purchase one of our templates, it will be available for download in a matter of minutes. If this is not your experience, please contact us so that we can get your document to you right away.  

3. I want someone else to design an exercise and come to my location to run it.
Can you help me? 

Absolutely! We are able to design and facilitate, manage, control and/or evaluate a number of exercise types. We can do this for any of our template products as well as a custom solution. We take care of all of our own travel planning and booking, ship all included materials & supplies, and can even coordinate registrations on your behalf.

 

We can also provide services for a Simulation Cell, or SimCell, during your exercise. A SimCell is able to deliver faux phone calls, emails, social media posts, comments or messages in real-time to exercise participants, drastically improving the realism of the exercise.

Please note that we are unable to do "on-location" exercises or training programs with less than 6 weeks of advance notice and additional advance notice may be required in rare instances. 

4. What is your return/refund policy? 

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, we are not able to offer returns or refunds.  If an error has occurred on our part, we will work to make it right.  This may include, at our sole discretion, refunds on purchases or discounts on future products.  Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to delivering only premium products and service. 

5. How can I pay for your consulting services? 

We realize that may of our clients work in government or complex organizations that may have complex purchasing policies and directives.  For this reason, we are proud to feature a variety of payment options to meet your needs.  For any of our services, we are proud to accept all major credit cards, either in person, online, or over the phone, business checks, and electronic transfers.  We are happy to provide you with formal quotes or estimates. We also offer flexible payment terms for all of our custom solutions services such as multiple payments and deferred payments.  Consult your Continuum representative if you are interested in any of these flexible options. 

For all template products, payment is due at the time of purchase and documents will not be rendered until payment has been received.  All major credit cards can be used to purchase documents directly from our website. 

6. I downloaded one of your templates and need help with it. What should I do? 

If you have an active emergency, consult emergency responders on-scene or dial 9-1-1.  Do NOT wait to contact us or receive information from us before taking reasonable action during an emergency.  Consult your local emergency professionals. 

 

For all other situations, please contact us here. It will be our pleasure to help you. This includes any technical assistance as well as content management issues.  

7. My organization is outside of the United States. Can I still use your services? 

Unfortunately, we are not yet an international organization. To express interest in us expanding our offerings abroad, please send us a brief note. Thank you for your understanding. 

8. Can I send you an exercise that I wrote/used previously and have you modify it? 

Absolutely. This would fall under our Training Consulting category of services. We can provide guidance on core capabilities, evaluation guides, design support materials (i.e. faux weather maps or exercise credentials), draw up additional documents for your exercise packet, design briefing materials, or simply make your current exercise documentation HSEEP compliant.
